The weather in Pittsburgh during the month of May is generally mild.  The average high temperature is 71 degrees Fahrenheit (22 degrees Celsius), and the average low temperature is 49 degrees Fahrenheit (9 degrees Celsius).  It is recommended that you dress in layers so that you can adjust your clothing to be most comfortable.
